These definitely run big so I would recommend sizing down 1 size. The medium was perfect for me. The medium in these were still bigger than my large leggings from beyond yoga. For reference I typically wear a size 10/12.

So disappointed, would return except I don’t want store credit. I’m still searching for someone to give these pants to - no one wants them. They are incredibly unflattering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medium was huge on my 5'4", 147 lb frame. Also, a 31" inseam usually works for me (I have long legs), but didn't work in these. If you are on the fence about sizing here, I'd say size down
