Definitely for an occasion
Yes, I recommend this
Although a previous review wasn't very complimentary, I thought this was a beautiful dress. The colour was gorgeous and the velvet top was lovely. Much as I would have liked to have kept the item, it was returned with great reluctance after much deliberation. It was, as the name suggests, for an 'occasion' rather than just a child's party but i loved it.
