Powder Lite Gilet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a warranty replacement for my previous vest which served me well for a long time until the zipper broke. This vest (Medium) fits a bit snugger than my 1st, but appears to be well made and durable. Won't know about it's warmth factor until cold weather approaches, but my previous one was great as a mid layer in very cold weather or an outer layer when playing tennis in colder weather, The "Omni-Heat" reflective layer worked well before & I expect it to be the same in my new vest. Columbia makes good products and stands behind them with the lifetime warranty. What more would one want?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my son. He’s 6’5”with an athletic built 240 lbs. He usually wears an XL tall. I had to return it and get the XL regular. It runs tall naturally. He loves it and says it’s a perfect fit over a long sleeve. Very flattering and keeps him warm without the bulky look.

This vest is both warm and light. The reflective inner lining seemed a bit gimmicky at first but it does make a difference once you start generating some heat. You can easily wear it as a midlayer which is what I've been using for on the really cold winter days. Toasty warm and I run cold. 6'2" 185 pounds a large fits fine with a medium sweater underneath. A bit longer than some vests but at my height I don't mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great item and looks sharp. However, it does run long as other reviews have stated. That is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I normally wear medium but ordered the small and it fits fine...again, just a bit long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Columbia vests are lightweight but incredibly warm and nonrestrictive for the person who participates in Sporting activities (such as golf). I own several vests from other name brand manufacturers, but too often they appear “puffy” and are not effective in retaining body heat. Columbia products deliver on all three of the characteristics that are important to me. Comfort, Fit,and heat retention!
