The bouquet wasn't nice The notebook was on top of the flower heads and had squashed them. The flower food sachet had burst open and the whole package was covered in sticky flower food. There were not many flowers in the bouquet. Very poor. This was a Mother's Day gift for our mum who lives hundreds of miles away. Disappointed.

Not good. Flowers arrived bruised and battered with limp leaves which never recovered. This is the 2nd time I have had to complain about flowers delivered from M & S. Not up to their usual high standard

I’m so disappointed 😞 I bought these flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day as I wouldn’t see her. I shopped M&S because it’s a brand I trust. The flowers barely lasted a day. My mum cut all the bad heads off to try and make the rest last but the flowers started to give off a rancid smell. What a waste of money, please don’t buy these. I hate giving a bad review but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

This was a high-quality gift. Mum loved it. It arrived as promised and well packaged against damage. At least half of the flowers lasted two weeks, the notebook looked like it was well made and the seeds were a nice touch.
