These chairs go beautifully in my new kitchen/living room. They reflect the shape of my kitchen stools and dining chairs. The best thing was they came so quickly.

No, I don't recommend this
This chair was just what I had been looking for. I ordered it and it was delivered the following day. Brilliant service M&S. Lovely material and legs but the buttoning was sagging around the top.Not enough padding seemed to be the problem. Performance packing it up again and waiting in for the courier, but ordered a second one. The second one was just the same! Surely, items are checked before they go out? Annoyingly, had to go through the whole process again. Poor quality and sadly surprised at M&S. Won't be ordering again. Beware!!

Had to order this instore as my reward vouchers wouldn't work online. Ordered on Friday and amazed to be offered a Saturday or Sunday delivery. Went for Sunday. Fantastic service Marks! The basic colour options were neutral and the natural was perfect. Overall very pleased with the chair and the delivery times too.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. From the sales assistant to the person who delivered the chair. The chair was value for money and looks splendid in position. The only downside was the packaging which was open and abit scruffy on arrival It arrived two days early but wasnt a problem as I happened to be in.
