Marla High Waisted Straight Leg Cropped Jeans

These jeans are soft and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. The absence of a regular waistband works well in the dark colour-way and gives a sleek silhouette. They came with quite a pronounced crease down the middle of each leg which I'm not a fan of, but that's easy to rectify. Slightly on the longer side for a perfect cropped length on me at 5ft 6, but still look good with trainers and boots.

I’m 5ft 7” & a bog standard size 12. I ordered 12 regular length. The fit around the waist & hips was perfect, so I would say runs a little smaller than a Hush usual size 12. The regular length was not cropped but sat at a weird length, just touching the top of my feet. They looked like a full length jean that I had bought too short. I reordered the same size in the shorter length and these are about an inch above my ankles, so pretty much a crop length but this size 12 feels snugger in the waist & thighs. They sort of look like crop kick flares. Not terrible and I quite like them, and I think I will keep them. But Hush, please be more consistent with your sizing! Apart from size & length drama, these are lovely quality jeans that are very flattering and will be useful across seasons. I think they will look good dressed up or down. A black denim version for the winter would be fab.

My friend was wearing a pair of these & I thought they looked great so ordered a pair of my own! Love them - they look great on & are very comfortable to wear.

These are great - they fit so sleekly around the waist because there’s no waistband or button to bulge out. I agree about the hook and eye, but think if there was something more substantial there it would ruin the line of the jeans. I don’t do it up and find it’s not really necessary to fasten. I haven’t worn them much so can’t assess whether they go baggy after wear.

Loved the look of these but just did not suit me. Agree with previous review re the hook and eye fastening - seemed substandard quality and likely not to last. Could perhaps also do with some more lycra content as a high waist style. That being said I was reluctant to send back.
