Fruit Print V-Neck Midi Slip Dress

I alway take a size 6 in M & S but could not get this over my shoulders so had to send it back, but I loved the dress very much

Being petite (5ft 2ins) it is very hard to find the perfect long dress. They are usually too long or I"m not keen on the style/material. The description for this dress is Midi. So, after reading the reviews, I ordered the standard length hoping this dress would be like a maxi on me. Glad I did. It falls just above my ankle. The material is of good quality and I love the design. The only negative is that, although I am normally a size 10, the top part of the dress is a little tight (although without a bra it's quite comfy) and there is no zip or fastenings so it is a pull on pull off affair. Still, overall I am quite happy with it.

I wish M&S would reintroduce the hanging loops that it had in its strappy dresses in previous years. These all slip off hangers and it’s really inconvenient and also stresses the thin shoulder straps.

Good holiday dress comfy & cool true to size mines size 12 & not too long, not a maxi more a midi. I’m 5ft 3in so nice length.

This is a beautiful dress. I bought a size 18 for myself and I gave it to my mum who's a sizes 14 and it fits her perfectly. Either the wrong label was put on it or it's exceptionally small fitting.

This dress is one of my better purchases lately. I love it. Such a summer vibe!!! It’s very pretty, fits really well. Size 10 fits an M & S size 10. I’m 5ft 7 and it’s perfect in length. The cotton viscose material is really soft and elegant. 10 out of 10 for this dress. Staple summer dress in any wardrobe. Love it for an evening out or whatever you’re doing and want to feel good and look it.

I ordered my normal size 12 but this dress was extremely tight around the top.....so tight I was worried I would get stuck in it. Lovely pattern and nice design. Just a very strange fit.

I really love everything about this dress. Lovely colourful material. Straps are sturdy but not to wide / heavy looking. Lovely fit over the chest (didn't feel exposed). Everything would have been perfect.. if it came in petite... or if I was taller. I am 5 ft 1 in and the length just didn't work. Because of the lovely frill round the bottom, the dress could not be easily altered. I would highly recommend this dress but only if you are at least 5ft 4 / 5ft 5.

Lovely cool, casual summer day dress. Wonderful colour and not too long.

I ordered 2 lengths as the length is not at all clear - no model view and the "99 cm size 12" doesn't say whether it is from the top of the body, or straps, and whether it's R or L.Both were the same length - about 100cm (size 14) from the top of the bodice. At 5' 7" this is between knee and ankle, but could swamp someone shorter. The material feels nice, but could have done without the side pockets. As I'll only be wearing it when it's hot and it fits the bill nicely for that, i kept one and returned one. Incidentally, they WERE correctly labelled R and L. What's happening with quality control??
