Ordered 2 grey shades because they looked the perfect colour online. I needed light grey or mid grey to suit my room. I received two charcoal grey shades, so it’s been a complete waste of time driving all the way into town to do the click and collect and then driving all the way back to return them.

A really nice shade, good quality but rather expensive for a plain shade. Much lighter than I expected, would say it was white. Sad that it had what looked like insect stains on it, certainly would not want it as worse than the one I'm throwing out. Very inconvenient to have to collect and return things because of soiling.

After collecting at store l unwrapped the item only to find that it was dented on the one side and had a dirty mark on the shade. I felt this was very bad considering the item was £45 l thought about returning the item But would they doubt that it was already damaged before l unwrapped it??? I couldn’t face the stress of driving to the store and carrying it to customer services and having to explain my huge dissatisfaction
