Crepe Tie Front Midi Shirt Dress

Now the weather is getting colder, I wear it with a thin black polo neck jumper underneath the dress and black boots, looks good

I bought this dress online as I already have the black one: great style, length, material and quality. I fancied it in red. It is not red. It is almost brown and not an attractive shade. I sent it back.

I have just arrived home having returned the dress to M&S. Right colour, right style but big enough to hold a wedding in! So, yes I would recommend to a friend but making sure they know to order at least one size smaller, if not two! To say I'm disappointed doesn't cover it but my fault as I didn't read the previous reviews!!

Loved the dress but was just too long

This is much nicer than the photograph suggests. The material is heavy and it hangs very well. It’s a lovely autumnal rusty colour and is true to size. It would be really good if there were different colours as i’d love another one!

I ordered 2 sizes to try. Size 10 was too tight on the bottom but large on the top. Size 12 was huge on the bust but very snug on the bottom. Ok if you are built like a stick! Had to return both, shame as I really liked the dress. M&S - when are you going to start making clothes for people with curves!?

Read reviews and ordered a size smaller - it's a perfect fit and length. Love the colour. Wore all day to various meetings and a function - no creasing and received several compliments- love it!

Ordered this in a size 8 after reading other reviews and pleased I did. I am really a size 10 but M&S sizes now are so unpredictable and, since my local store closed, I think carefully before ordering as re-packaging and returning is just hassle to me. As a personal preference I like knee length so will be shortening by about 8" but the style is ok and looks good with a white t shirt underneath for colder days.

Loved the style of dress but fit was awfull I normally wear 14-16 this was 12 that I ordered after reading reviews but was so so big it was unreal loved the style as above & material but ...no could put two of me in dress

Sorry, when I opened the package I loved the colour, but when I tried the dress l felt that the material was very thick and crumpled under the armpits and the breast pockets were too far too bulky- unfortunately I returned it. Because of the price I expected better, it was to go on holiday with, so I was disappointed. Come on M&S you can do better than this.
