The shirt area was easy to find in the store and the display was case was straightforward to find your correct collar size. I bought 2 17" collar size which i thought would fit. M & S exchange arrangements are very flexible and obliging so the staff were happy to order a 17 1/2 which would be arriving in store on Sunday.

Nice pattern, washed well and ironed easily.. although it didn’t feel £20 worth. Have had cheaper shirts that felt better quality in the past. Had a strong chemical smell to it too which was still there after washing, all in all , nice to look at but quality wasn’t fab . Felt cheaper than £19.99
