This is a fine bookcase but I think it’s not really all for books but some ornaments too, as two of the five panels are backless. It says you need two people to assemble but I did manage on my own when I rested pieces on other furniture. It looks quite pretty and it’s quite robust and not wobbly. My main complaint was it took three attempts to have it delivered, as it was cancelled the day before it was due. This wasn’t M&S fault but the courier. M&S were very helpful about delivery.

No, I don't recommend this
Poor quality MDF, mine didn’t even come with an important slot routed out, so it made it impossible to construct. All the parts feel flimsy and cheap and for £200 I’d expect better value for money. I could find better quality furniture in a skip.
