Autumn Pink Spray Roses

Ordered flowers on line for the first time, found the experience to be quick and easy to navigate. Would use the web site again, the next day free delivery was excellent, delivered on time and well packed.

I purchased these for a for a friend who has been very poorly, within three days they were dying. I am waiting for full refund which I shoukd receive shortly. This is the 3rd time I have been let down and shall not be recommending or purchasing your flowers again, I have photographs if you wish to see them

Received this bouquet on Thursday 23rd June , which Ch was a lovely surprise. By Sunday all the bud looked tired and dry, in spite of having adequate water, Very disappointed for my friend who sent them

Bought as a gift for my elderly aunt, these roses were the perfect summer bouquet. A delightful mix of two shades of pink and white roses. They opened out fully within a couple of days and lasted almost two weeks. These roses are a beautiful celebration of summer and I fully recommend them either as a gift for someone else or as a treat for oneself.

I ordered these flowers for my step-mum's birthday although they arrived ok my Dad reported that they didn't liven up, he mentioned that is now M&S policy not to travel the flowers with water. I rang to complain about the quality, the helpline were very understanding and sent a replacement bouquet of the same type. However my Dad reported that the replacement flowers were suffering the same problem again , did not liven up and were wilting after a couple of days. I am extremely disappointed.Due to the poor quality felt they were very poor value for money and not up to the usual good M&S standard

I bought this bouquet of roses as a birthday present for my Auntie. She rang to say how beautiful they were and took a photograph to show me. I use M & S for her flowers throughout the year, and cannot fault the delivery, quality & value She is always over the moon with her M&S flowers

Didn't see the flowers as they were a gift but told they were lovely. Can't say more than that.

Ordered these for my wife's birthday, came beautifully packed on time.What a adisappointment!!.She followed all the instructions explicitly and then found by the second day the single colour sprays (pink & red) were drooping and couldn't be revived. The varigated blooms drooped shortly after.

Typical man-I had forgotten our Wedding Anniversary and only ordered these during the afternoon of the day before they were required. As promised they were delivered the next morning-excellent service. The roses were pretty and good value for money and have lasted well. I would certainly consider ordering the same bunch again. They came in a waterproof bag which my wife will certainly find a use for.

Ordered for a birthday. Were delivered within 36 hours of ordering and looked like the picture. Sister was very pleased with her present - she says they were gorgeous.

I sent these flowers to friends who have been so kind to me during a recent illness. I was housebound so unable to shop personally. Whilst I have not seen the flowers that were delivered but the recipients have been delighted and tell me that they are very beautiful. Thank you
