Stolen at the courier and subsequently spent by someone. Several attempts to contact Marks through a dreadful online system have yet to obtain a refund.

Appalling service - will never purchase again. I bought this on 19th December for someone who really needed the funds before Christmas. Delivered on 29th December Despite calling and emails to M&S, no proper response received. I feel let down and ignored. Truly bad customer service. Wish I had never ordered.
