This was lost in between M&S and the courier - 3 phonecalls later and a week and a half since the order was placed, and I still have no refund and the order has yet to be cancelled. Poor service

Disappointed with the poor handling of the message

The card was lovely quality and design, however I was seriously disappointed that the personalised message was printed on a little receipt with serated tear lines - very poor. Not only did I have to cut off the tear lines to tidy it up, but it was loose, so I then had to spot-glue it into the card (!), which then turned out not to work because it looked fine when first done, but when the recipients opened their cards there was a big black circle in the middle, caused by the glue because it appears that the 'receipt' paper is thermal paper rather than normal paper, which has turned black when the glue soaked into it! VERY disappointed and having bought 16 of these at £100 each, I won't be buying them again next Christmas unless you can print the message in the card like other retailers do.
