About this bottle: Its fruity flavours of pears and raspberries promise a mouthwatering, dry and crisp finish. We recently changed the bottle colour of this item from green to clear. The product itself is still your favourite Italian sparkler and remains unchanged. This is an exciting and unusual pink sparkling wine, where the Prosecco grape has been blended with a little Raboso, to give it a delicate pink hue. This gives the wine an extra fruity character and a little more richness. The wine was made in the hilly Conegliano area of the Veneto, north-east Italy, where the climate is mild and very sunny. The winemaker is Loris Bonotto.

About this bottle: A fine example of a traditional bottle fermented Cava made by Miguel Salarich, using local Macabeo and Parellada grapes sourced from the rolling countryside in north east Spain.

About this bottle: Prosecco is the classic and popular dry sparkling wine of the Veneto region of north-east Italy. The grapes for it are traditionally grown among the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene in a mild, dry Mediterranean climate close to the sea. This premium example of Prosecco was made by Loris Bonotto at his family estate. He has created a particularly dry, fruity, modern style of sparkling wine.
