Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Rubbish service
No, I don't recommend this
This is the second time you have asked for my views. I have no idea what to say because they were sent to a hospital as a thankyou and I never saw them. The ordering process was difficult because it wasn't designed to send them to an alternative address. You sent messages asking me if I had received them. This is the fist time I have used M&S for flowers and it will be the last.

No, I don't recommend this
I love you and so does the recipient of the flowers, so I thought it was an ideal choice. You are really paying for the vase in this (which of course is lovely and a great keeper) but I did make a little 'oh ' when they were opened (thankfully not by her) I do realise they need a little wake up so aren't at their greatest straight off(and read the quantity of the stems) but it was the appearance I was disappointed with, looked especially for the money (luckily there was a discount and free delivery otherwise I would have been annoyed not disappointed) I bulked up the arrangement with some shop bought roses and then it looked truly as you would expect.

This is my third attempt at a review. The system seems set up to automatically reject bad reviews. I am complaining separately about this. To avoid further rejection I am limiting myself to saying the item was very disappointing indeed. See photo attached
