I used to love these jumpers. Now these are thin, poor quality, and the fit way too small. Two of the three arrived damaged - on with a broken seam, another with a hole in. I’m pleased that these are available in extra long fit, but the choice and stock limited, so I’m not even able to replace the damaged items. It’s also very difficult to see which are in stock in extra long sizes, without checking each one individually, as you cannot filter by long sizes. Not sure why this has to be so difficult.

I couldn’t find a classic merino jumper in the women’s department so followed the example of others and looked in the men’s department. I wish it was a little thicker but otherwise it is good quality and looks nice on, it’s also good value.

After one where of this jumper I put it in the washing machine hand hand there was a hole in the back of the jumper. I have no proof it was a manufacturing fault. Nothing has ever come out damaged from my machine. I haven’t tried to return it because I don’t want to get into an argument, I just feel let down by Marks & Spencer’s
