Although the size was started as 3xl it was more like xl, such a disappointment as my husband loved the pattern

Got the item and was initially pleased as it looked great but then washed it - per instructions - and it now has a noticeable weird smell. The other items washed with it has similar but rewashed these and they’re back to normal. This items still has a strange smell.
