Printed Collared Midaxi Shirt Dress

I bought this last week and am delighted. Great material. Nice covered buttons. Love that it is black and cream....better than white. More sophisticated.

I love the shirtwaister style as it is so com and flattering. The dress hangs well and regular is a good length for my age (72)

Great shape. Good length just as in the picture would have given all the stars except some of the buttons kept undoing mainly the ones at the bottom. I added a row of stitching and the problem is solved.

Pleased with fit and length (I'm tall); it would have been nice if a pocket had been inset to the side seam.

Love the fabric and colours ideal for layering this season. Slightly on the small size but if you know this you can order up.

I’m very happy I bought this dress. I am 5’10 and it fits perfectly. I took size 12 (which I usually wear) in long. And I bought it with discount. Very satisfied

I really liked the look of this dress and thought the price was good with 30% off. I ordered in a ten and a twelve. I would usually take a 10 in an m and s dress. 10 fitted but the buttons sat funny over my tummy, meaning that it 'gaped' a bit (I really don't have much of a tummy and so this was unexpected). Tried the 12 and the same occured despite it being too big. I have sent them back. Great quality, I imagine others won't feel the same about the button issue.

I bought this but haven’t worn it yet. Style nice. Fabric better than some M&S dresses. Would be nice in brighter colours scarlet or sky blue. Also could have shorter puffed sleeves for summer.

It’s ok, but rather dowdy. Ok for the house during lockdown times, but not a dress I would wear out much. AND the buttons keep slipping out of the buttonholes. Really annoying, so had to sew them up a little.

I love the shape of this fitted shirt dress, but the midaxi length is a drawback, and I plan to shorten it by at least 5 inches. Some of us are not 5 ft 8 inches tall, and I do wish M&S would offer many more items for the shorter woman.
