If you have your marketing preferences set so M&S don’t spam you with offers, the e-gift card will not arrive either. Apparently they can’t work out a way to differentiate between something you’ve bought and junk mail. It will take four different people to work this out. Apparently the solution is, if I order a gift card in the future I have to change my preferences to accept junk, wait 24 hours before ordering and, once it’s arrived I can change them back. Absolutely useless
