Packaging Issue
I was very pleased with the actual hat. Although I thought slightly over priced, but loved the colours, style and fit so decided to keep it. However, excessive packaging as in labels and the one right on the top centre of hat is so tightly stitched in, I couldn't get it out without snagging the wool. For that reason it has been returned.
