Purchased online in the sale. Love these shoe so much I tried to buy a second pair but were sold out.

Would definitely recommend these shoes

I love the design of these shoes, very on trend. However after wearing on two occasions the leather on the front of the shoe has twisted in a most uncomfortable way. On purchase the leather was very stiff and I expected it to soften with wear however this is NOt the case . Would love to buy in one of the other colours but wary that the same May happen again.......or perhaps I was unlucky and got a bad pair

Love, love these shoes. Great style - on trend. Great colour (I bought burgundy but the black is intense-shiny and the putty colour is just so different!). Great quality. Great comfort. Great price. A couple of reviews said these shoes were tight-fitting and advised buying a larger size. I disagree: I took the rewiewers' advice (bought 3 pairs in different colours, a half size larger) and had to return all 3 as too large. Then bought my normal size, which was fine. I have a regular size 5 foot (if anything, I like a wide fitting rather than tight) and a slim ankle. If the shoes were any wider, they would have been too lose across the top of the foot to tie securely. Another review comment was a hesitancy about the length of the toe. I shared this hesitancy initially, but decided to simply go for it! It has a lovely sharp, decisive point, which can make it look a little long (but without being ungainly), but this is the whole point of the style, I think, that makes the shoes distinctive. They are slim-looking and extremely elegant. I have had several comments about them, (some from people I don't even know!), including "Wow, lovely shoes" and "Killer shoes!" and "Where did you get those shoes?" When I tell them M&S they nearly fall over backwards! Finally, one reviewer said they found the shoes hard and pinching. I do not. I have not had a moment of discomfort. You have to remember that they are patent leather: this may feel harder than ordinary leather when you first put them on but as soon as they quickly warm up to your feet any hint of this disappears. All in all a fabulous design, well-crafted, expensive-looking and "out there". I have worn them for fashion, for leisure and for work (I am a trainer and presenter so stand up in front of people and am clearly on show.) I am so impressed and have completely rethought my perceptions of M&S. Fab.

The shoes are lovely and a great design but they are a very narrow fit. It would have been better to have two width fittings as my feet are not very wide but they are still too narrow.

I don't agree with others who say these shoes are narrow - I vary between a 5 1/2 and 6 - bought the 5 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable and elegant - I love them. Please do them in blue too!

My daughter tried these shoes on in store & fell in love with them.They look so expensive & fit beautifully.I have purchased a pair as a present for her as she claims to be an impoverished student!

Lovely shoe but too slim fitting for me I am usually a 4 but I couldn't get my foot in tried a 4.5 and that was the same. Upset because I would have loved these.

I found the shoes uncomfortably narrow and had to return them, but then I usually buy for a wide foot, so probably not the fault of the design; might be a bit unfair to say that the item was small? Beautiful shoe though!
