Strap too short

The top strap is too short so barely covers the shoe and definitely doesn't look like the picture. I noticed many recent reviews on the website saying the same for other models - there's definitely a quality control issue going on atm

Ok generally. Do get dirty easily so need constant cleaning. Quite narrow though. My other daughter wanted a pair and has always been an E sometimes F fitting. She has had a sudden growth spurt (feet only!) and measured as a G. The shoes were deemed too narrow for her even in a G. Hence the 2 star rating.
