Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I wouldn’t give any stars. The flowers died within a few days. After contacting M&S I was told they have a 5 day freshness guarantee and that was the end of that. Absolutely disgraceful for a £40 Bouquet.

The flowers and arrangement were lovely, well worth the price paid. The only drawback I found was the delivery time. 4.30 in the afternoon. Hardly a surprise. I suppose you should order for the day before but then again it spoils the occasion

Looked good when first arrived, but after 5 days started to look a little drab, after 7 days had to throw away, not up to M&S usual standard. If I had been notified about it sooner then I would have rang with a complaint

I ordered this bouquet for my nieces birthday. It arrived on the specified day but when my niece messaged me to say thank you, she added that although she would love them anyway they were rather tired and the roses had brown petals. I advised her to cut the stems and place them in boiling water and they did revive.

Purchased for 90th birthday and 70th wedding anniversary. In spite of buying more expensive bouquet it was disappointing set of flowers. Bit floppy and did not last long. Did not appear to be fresh. Wish I had kept with the £25 bouquet
