Heel design is great for hands free, but on this model the tongue crunches down and I have to pull it up by hand to get it straight. Worse for some reason for my left foot than the right. Shouldn't be a problem with some models -- just watch the tongue design!

I have ordered three shoes, all size 10 1/2 wide. One is comfortable, the other two are too tight, needed to send back for a refund. if all are the same size, I don't understand why they all fit differently. Very difficult to buy without being able to try on ahead of time.

It seemed to fit properly initially after I received it. Upon wearing it the big toe on my left foot seems to push up against front right side. It's annoying, not painful. I'm hoping it will eventually break in.
