Good quality but not such a good fit
No, I don't recommend this
I bought the purple version of thos top in the sale, as I loved tje colour and thought that it would be ideal for yoga and body balance classes. The material is nice; soft and thick. But the fit around the arms and chest means that it bunches up when doing any movement with the arms up, and then leaves my tummy exposed.in downward dog. So I have to tuck it into my leggings. I think it would probably be good for running and cycling. I have kept it because I can just wear it as a sporty summer top next year.
