I love this blouse. The fabric is light and soft and the fit is generous. The 3/4 length sleeves are perfect for this time of year - I oftern push my sleeves up anyway. I could possiby have gone down a size but I'm happy with a looser fit. I haven't washed it yet but given the brand I'm not expecting any issues. It doesn't quite go with the dark olive cargos I bought at the same time but it goes well with black and a dark navy - probably a light was denim as well.
