Had to go up a cup size and also order one lower as my size was sold out (because I’d left it late season) So I needed to return one …this process was made very easy . M&S loose one star only because many companies give instant an refund on receipt of return (as this is now electronically done )With M&S they say I may have to wait 7/10 days …and it’s certainly looking like this currently .
