Crush the all-butter biscuits (150 g) and mix well with the melted butter (80 g), then spread the mixture into serving bowls or champagne coupes.

Whisk the soft cheese (200 g) and single cream (100 ml) together for 5 minutes until smooth and combined, then add the chocolate hazelnut crème (4 tbsp) and whisk for another 5 minutes.

Spread the mixture over the biscuit base in each serving bowl and top with the chocolate shavings (50 g). Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
