REALLY small fit!
No, I don't recommend this
I'm usually a size 12 in M&S but this coat fits really really small so much so that I couldn't even move my arms when I tried it on! So I had to take the size 12 back. No 14's in stock online and my local store does not stock this style. A lost sale for M&S due to bad sizing.

I was pleased with my new winter casual coat from m&s. I usually buy my coats there and am always pleased and get a lot of wear from them. This Parker is warmer than I've had before ( great for standing at school picking my granddaughter up)! The hood is handy too and it's trendy. I was pleased to get 20% off too.!

fashionable, a twist on the traditional parka, longer length useful in bad weather. warm yet very fashionable parka. Great colour in purple. Nice to have hood and a fur trim that you can take off. Normally size 12 but got size 14 being better fit as I wear thicker clothes underneath in winter and the parka has thicker lining. Has inside draw string for better shape. Deep pockets hold purse, keys etc. Good for work/ casual/walking but would not wear it for smart . Recommend buy especially for younger people.

Looks good on the hanger, looks better on! I like the mid length which makes it comfortable when driving. I am a size 14, but got the size 16 because I needed the extra shoulder width and arm length. Surprisingly warm in bitter Scottish cold weather!!

I did like the look of this coat but when I tried it on found the arms quite tight. I normally order a size 16 winter coat so that I can wear jumpers underneath. The arms were tight with a thin top so I suppose it is just personal preference. I also didn't find the hood big enough. Did return the coat.

Ordered this coat as I liked the colour and style. Lovely coat accept for the size. I'm a 14 but it was too tight at the tops of the arms especially if worn with a jumper underneath. Don't normally like wearing the next sze up but made an acception on this occasion.

This coat is lovely. It's warm but still relatively lightweight. The detachable fur on the hood is lovely and soft. The coat itself is slightly waxed and has a lovely purple sheen to it, not too much though - I have noticed as I have worn it the purple is coming through even more, which I don’t think is a bad thing. The sizing is small. I'm a 14 and did buy it in a 14. I can wear a thick jumper underneath but It does make it feel tight over my back. The only bad thing is that the neck does up tightly so you can't zip it up if you have a scarf on. I bought the coat in store and don’t think the pictures online do it justice at all.

Found this by chance. Like previous review I had to go up a size. Lovely colour, feels warm. I'm only 5'2" so it covers the tops of my legs. I bought an Indigo spring parka in green and the style is very similar. Looking forward to wearing it tomorrow.

Delighted with this parka I just bought today. I don't usually wear purple but this is a nice subtle shade, almost navy. I had to go up a size as it is quite small made. I like that the fur trim is removable and, once removed, the hood isn't too large, unlike others I've tried. Very cosy without being too heavy and really stylish. I love it!
