Browsing the website I came across this tree but it was out of stock, filled out a box which would let me know when it was back in stock, week later I got a notification and placed the order. Received the item two days later and for the price was unsure if the quality. I literally pulled it out of the box and it was perfect! It’s in a cute little hesham basket and had a little bag attached where the battery case was. I couldn’t believe it also included the batteries in packaging. With the 20% I received from the sparks app I paid £16, had lots of compliments and is the centre piece of my dining room.

This is good value as very reasonably priced and with M&S you know it will be good quality. There are some slight irritations though. One the branches don’t really bend so it’s not at all easy to bend them into better or correct positions if you need to. Two, the lights are quite sparse, they would benefit from having more on there to brighten up the tree, but you could add more yourself. Lastly, the on and off switch for the lights is in a little hessian pouch attached to the hessian pot holder. This looks smart but is also quite awkward to use. On balance though it looks festive and is excellent value.

Having read some of the reviews and seeing the high star rating I am wonderfing if I have got a faulty tree! It is very well put together, and the tree itself is lovely BUT there are hardly any lights at all! They are inside the branches, not near the ends where you can see them and it hardly looks lit up at all. Very disappointed.

This is a great little tree, good shape, steady base, pretty once decorated and the lights are long lasting. This is the second one I have bought, the first was 4 years ago for my mum's room (she is bed bound) and it is still going strong. No hesitation to buy another for downstairs now that I can no longer manage a real tree.

Mixed bag. I bought 3 trees. One was perfect, lights lovely and it's really substantial. One was slightly bent and lights uneven. The third I had to return as leaned over to one side massivelt and couldn't be manipulated back.
