2ft Light Up Jewel Tree

Lovely tree. Bought as a Christmas gift so I hope the recipient loves it. Had to return the first order as the battery holder had come apart from the base of the tree. Second one was perfect and a lovely decoration which I'm sure will be used all year round & not just for Christmas.

Poorly made, unstable on its base, stem wobbly.

Very pleased with it. Does not look too good until it is lite up but then is very Christmassy. Very happy with it. I am a senior citizen and it is just the ticket, light weight and fits anywhere.

Tree in the shop looked really nice, made sure (or so I thought) all balls were in tact etc. Put away until I needed, then today I’m putting it out and low and behold a ball is missing and a number of lights are not working! I bought a set of string lights to match so wasted them and took the balls off to make the tree look half descent!! I should of taken back but with no receipt and no time to waste I’ll have see how long it takes before it ends up in the bin! DO NOT WASTE MONEY!

When this was delivered, I could hear things rolling about in the box. Upon opening, 5 of the balls that were supposed to be at the end of the branches had fallen off and were in the bottom of the box. A sixth ball was missing altogether. There were also little strings of glue on some of the tree. I didn't want the hassle of returning it, so I re-attached the balls to the ends of the branches and removed the glue. It is very pretty, but very poor quality.

Very pretty tree but unfortunately had to return as it was faulty. The box the tree was packed in was shorter than the tree so the top of the tree was bent right over to fit in the box which may have contributed to the top half of the tree not lighting up properly and the trunk was lose. Haven’t re ordered as it would probably arrive packed in the same way which is probably affecting the wiring in the trunk.
