Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

Lovely flowers, but I was shocked and actually disappointed how small they were when I visited the recipient, not really worth the price tag and I was embarrassed how tiny they looked next to others. Will be using local florists I think from now on to gift bouquets for friends and family who don’t live near which is annoying as I’d happily used M&S for several floral arrangements gifts.

Sadly the bouquet I ordered for a friend as gift in relation to a bereavement. It was extremely poor with flowers very poor quality and with brown spots , she had to take them to her local shop who thankfully apologised and replaced
