No, I don't recommend this
I bought this for my husband. Although the scarf was lovely and small, the hat was toddlee size. It was so small, i couldnt even fit it on my relatively normal sized head. I have a lot of hair, but this hat merely sat on top, making me look loke some sort of strange, large elf. As for my husband, his head is maybe on the large side, but this hat looked like some sort of cheap, rubbish fascinator.
