Disappointed with this pan. Everything sticks unless you use a ridiculous amount of oil. Unable to remove stains, have soaked the pan but stains appeared on first use. Waste of money

A beautiful pan that works so well. I was worried the (safer) non coated pan type would mean sticking and harder cleaning. I was wrong! No sticking and it's so easy to clean. It's better than my expensive coated ones in every way.

Nice but could be improved
Great that it has a copper base and not aluminium. So far works better than the small saucepan I have from the range. The only negative for this as for all the range is that it changes colour (blue hues, discolouration) and marks very easily from salt for example. I have cheaper stainless steel on aluminium base and they never change colour. Might be the copper idk. Other than that is very study

Disappointed in the quality of stainless steel - seared some scallops in it and it took ages, some 30 minutes, to get it clean again even using abrasive pads - I do have another older one made in Sweden and it is of such good quality that it acts like a non-stick pan but it is very heavy so that is why I purchased this one so it maybe ok for lesser heat cooking perhaps fried egg and bacon.

Lovely pan & easy to clean. Doesn't need a high heat to cook so bear that in mind before use. I test heat with a drop of water before cooking- if water goes into 'balls' it's ready but then turn the heat down!

Frustratingly trying to cook without non stick

I haven't used this pan yet but my husband has used it most days, telling me he's read up on how to use it. I've had several attempts at cleaning it because he seems to leave it to soak after every use and I'm fed up with it constantly sitting on the hob needing ti be cleaned properly.

A beautiful crafted pan. Obviously being stainless steel it is a bit heavy but the quality is amazing. Cleaning the pan does take a little extra effort but a good soap pad like a brilo pad works wonders.
