Pure Wool Ribbed Neck Coat

This coat is perfect in every way from the quality of the wool fabric down to the lining detail and the coat hanger chain. I have admired this brand of coat for many years and decided to treat myself. The coat is absolutely beautifully crafted. If you are thinking about purchasing it you will not be disappointed it’s a timeless classic.

Jaeger quality maintained. Soft wool fabric with lovely sheen. Generous sizing, I’m usually a 10 but went down a size for a better fit. Good practical design and value for money. Out of all the M&S Jaeger coats this car coat is a definite favourite. It’s just so comfortable. The all in one shoulder and arm style means it moves beautifully and allows room for winter sweaters without looking or feeling bulky. The soft ribbed collar cocoons your neck - a bonus during the colder weather. The really rich navy fabric is gorgeous with heavy navy monogrammed lining. A piped pale blue detail gives a little flash of contrast colour. The hang tab is a very nice looking gunmetal - adding to the overall luxurious feel. The matching zip and poppers are a really nice touch - they bring it up to date and into Casual Luxe. All in all a very nice coat.
