Gorgeous but poor waistband

This is a lovely skirt, and the fabric is a gorgeous silver grey. It has a gorgeous subtle sheen, but I sent it back because the waistband is poor quality, it’s a basic elastic casing, the elastic and the elastic was twisting around inside, I would expect a better quality waistband for the cost of the skirt.
