I bought this last week it looked quite nice but is faulty as it doesn't stay flat on the floor.it is an accident waiting to happen. Will mot use.

I bought this expecting a bath mat and pedestal mat. Only the pedestal mat was delivered. No longer available so I had to return the same. Pity as I quite liked it. Very soft.

Poor fit

I have returned this mat. Strange as it may seem but the pedestal base of my toilet was wider than the cut-out "U" shape in the pedestal mat and therefore did not sit straight and the sides of the cut-out "U" shape went up the side of the pedestal. I haven't has this problem before so left wondering if the cut out in the mat is not wide enough. Will look out for this in the future.

I thought I had selected the grey cloud pedestal mat but got natural! Reordered but the grey didn't match M and S silver grey bath mat ( not the Egyptain cotton ) the quick dry one . I understand that these are now discontinued so I can't get a matching pair !

Bought as a gift. The receiver of the set loves it. Only problem is that the pedestal mat is a little tight fitting around the pedestal. Having said that the set is lovely and soft and welcoming to stand on when you leave the shower. Feel it should have been sold as a set and not as individual items
