Lovely but large
Yes, I recommend this
I originally purchased the 'berry' gilet in size 14, which was too large. The diameter under the armholes was 22" and the hips 23". I returned it and purchased a size 12, which had 21" chest diameter and 22" hips and it fitted perfectly. The colour is versatile, more of a dark pinkish red than a strong red but I like it and it is comfortable. No problems removing and reattaching the hood. I bought this in the sale and would hesitate to pay the full price.
