No, I don't recommend this
This book, lovely as it is, is a bit bah humbug, with Santa complaining about everything all the way through it lol. On one page he is complaing about bad weather & it is swearing in the form of asterisk, exclamation mark, hash tag etc. I had bought this for my 3 year old niece & the description says suitable for age 3+. I'm glad I looked at it first as I'm not sure how her mum would have read this to her. Good book this may be, just not for kids, especially when you are trying to keep Christmas magical. Hence I'll be returning it.

This book is great for children and adults too, I ordered a copy off line and when it arrived I realised that the inside wasn't like a standard book, its more like a comic book there are a few pages with no text on at all with very detailed pictures. Its absolutely beautiful Could read through it over and over again.
