A generously full bodied, supple and spicy Bordeaux red from the prestigious appellation of Pauillac, home to some of the most famous wine producers in the world.

The vines are planted on a magnificent hilltop of sandy gravel soil. Madame Pascale Peyronie and Eric Boissenot carefully crafted the blend of firm Cabernet Sauvignon and juicy Merlot with a touch of fresh Cabernet Franc and spicy Petit Verdot. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak, with minimal handling and treatment hence it may throw a harmless sediment which will not impair quality.
