Checked Wide Leg High Waisted Trousers

The fabric is a good weight and quality, really impressed. Fit is spot on around the waist and hips. Legs were wider than I expected but look good. I bought short length, I'm 5'3" but I think I will still have to take up by 1cm as are touching the ground when I'm wearing trainers and I don't want the hems to get wrecked. But over all I'm very pleased

These trousers are great. I already have them in black and navy/white pinstripe so was fairly confident about the quality and fit when I purchased online. I am certainly not disappointed - purchased for work and they fit the bill! At 5'5" the long is perfect with heels and regular is equally perfect for flat penny loafers.Hefty in weight they hang really nicely and I do not appear to be plagued with horrible creasing behind the knee or at the top of the thighs which makes them look great at the start of a working day and equally good at the end of the day. These ones appear to have more stretch than either the navy or the black but it makes them extremely comfortable to wear. There are no belt loops on these checked ones unlike the navy pinstripe and the black which is fine, but just a point to note if you particularly like wearing a belt with your trousers. Fantastic value and wearing well but I wash cold and press through a clean cotton tea towel for fear of the fabric going 'shiny' if ironed on directly - not sure if this makes a difference but they're in good shape still! Would recommend these trousers.

Found very heavy and having bought wide leg trousers before thought they would be good but far too wide so am returning

Some people of a certain age would describe these as ‘a good weight’. They are well made using a quality fabric. I’m 5’4 and bought ‘short’ and they are a good length with flat boots. I like them that much I paid full price for them, rather than waiting for them to be on offer - praise indeed!

I bought them two weeks ago. ordered 18 short. the waist was good, the i woudl have needed to take at least 4 inches off of the length! the blue side leg chios were good in the length and small in the waist both size 18 !!

These trousers are a great fit. I was a size 10 for many years, but have crept up to size 12 in the past year. However, I have found that sizes vary in different shops and if there was such a thing as size 11, I would be that person! I find that M & S sizings come up on the small side, so a 12 is good for me. I love a wide leg trouser and these are very wide, but I'm 5'7, so I can carry it off. The Regular length is spot on. The material is nice and heavy. They were a bit creased when they arrived, but I hung them on a hanger and the creases fell out within a few hours. I look forward to wearing them !

So pleased with these trousers. Beautiful fit and length. I bought a size 8 short length and they are perfect for me at 5 ft 2 to wear with a medium heel. Material warm and good quality.

I bough 3 pairs but didnt like the berry because it was different material.
