A simple roomy school bag will take them from classroom to after-school club in style

There’s always something satisfying about planning school kit for September. The crisp uniform, the smell of fresh stationery and that all-important new school bag – it never fails to take me on a massive nostalgia trip. This year, in order to get rid of the numerous little bags that inevitably trip the kids up, I’m getting them one bag that fits everything – A4 folders (without bending the edges), pencil cases, exercise books and after-school kit. Plus, all our school bags wipe clean, too. It’s the little details that make all the difference.
