Jonn Chinn, who supplies our asparagus, has pioneered an innovative new growing technique at his Herefordshire farm, which has extended the season of this brilliant British crop. He uses cold-resistant polytunnels to help the first green shoots appear earlier, meaning we can enjoy this tender, delicate veggie sooner.
