Use up surplus Easter chocolate in this Easter bark topped with Percy and Easter Bunny sweets and our Mini Speckled Eggs.
To make it, simply melt three 150g bars of milk chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, then pour into a 26 x 26cm tray lined with greaseproof paper. Melt 50g of white chocolate, pour over the milk chocolate and use a skewer or cocktail stick to make swirly patterns. Bash one bag of M&S Mini Speckled Eggs and scatter over the top, before finishing with Percy meets the Easter Bunny sweets. Leave to chill, then break into pieces and serve.
