Cook the chicken (1 pack) according to the packaging instructions. Heat a large frying pan over a medium high heat and place the chicken into the pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through. Top with the barbecue sauce in the final 3 minutes.

Add the cabbage (1/4) and lime juice (1) to a mixing bowl, season with a pinch of salt and leave to macerate.

Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan on a medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the drained sweetcorn (1 tin) and cook until blistered. Remove from the heat and toss with the cajun seasoning (1 tbsp).

Heat the rice (1 pack) according to packaging instructions.

Add the rice to your serving bowls, top with the cabbage slaw, blackened sweetcorn, a handful of lettuce (1/2) and the sliced chicken. Drizzle over the ranch dressing (4 tbsp) to taste, then tuck in.
