step 1
Add the Greek yogurt (120 g), tikka paste (1 tbsp) and curry powder (1 tsp) to a bowl and mix until combined.
step 2
Add the prawns (800 g) and mix to coat. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
step 3
Add to the tomatoes (4), cucumber (1/2) and red onion (1/2) to a serving bowl with the juice of one lime (1). Add the coriander (1 handful) and mint (1 handful) to the bowl along with the olive oil (1 tbsp). Mix and top with M&S pomegranate rubies (6 tbsp).
step 4
Spray or brush the base of the air fryer with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Add a single layer of prawns to the air fryer (you may have to work in batches) and cook at the highest temperature for around 6 minutes, turning halfway, until the prawns are cooked through.
step 5
Serve the prawns with the salad, poppadom (as needed), lime (1) wedges and a generous dollop of mango chutney (as needed).
