Boys' Skinny Leg Trousers

at last - I have been looking for school trousers for my daughter since October 2017. M & S are the only place to do trousers with an adjustable waist, and long enough. (i haven't told her these are boys trousers!!!). School states they have to be trousers, not leggings/jeggings, they must not be skin tight - however being 12 she wants them tight enough that they are fashionable. ONLY one criticism - they are always out of stock - supply and demand???? Want the next size up, as these will not fit for long!

I would also like to say that these are excellent trousers but have not been in stock for several long months now. If they are discontinued can you please remove from the website. Otherwise I would like to purchase age 15-16 extra long in black.

Love these trousers. Its so frustrating when you have a 14 year old child who is skinny and tall. What a godsend when I found the extra long trousers that I could order in a 15 - 16 extra long. However, having lost a pair of trousers at school and ripped 2 pairs, I am now in need of new ones and have been for nearly a year. Why Marks and Spencers are they NEVER in stock. I emailed to ask when you are likely to get more in and I had a very weak response. Have you discontinued them ? If so please let all us frustrated mothers know!

Always buy my grandsons school trousers from marks and spencer and have never been let down. Good quality, fit and especially the new new skinny legs, they are just on trend.

Why out of stock? Make more Marks and Spencer, the demand is there....These were perfect for my 13 yr old who had out grown the length of the reg skinny trousers but the next size up were too big around his waist . I want to buy another pair as they are perfect fit but very frustrated to find they are out of stock. Do hope you are getting some in soon! ?

My son is 14, very slim and 6 ft tall so finding school trousers for him is difficult. I bought these trousers and was delighted with how they fitted. The waist band can be adjusted and once done so fitted him exactly right. The length was absolutely perfect and my son was delighted they were skinny legged which is what he wanted.

My son has a 26 inch waist and a 33 inch inside leg. Finding trousers to fit him is almost impossible but these are as near to perfect as I've found. Last year he had regular fit extra long and taking the hem down meant they lasted a year. This year we've gone for the skinny fit (which on him just look tailored and smart rather than baggy like last year). They are a touch too long but come September they should be fine. The waist is too big but, as it's adjustable, it's no problem. The quality is amazing and having two or three pairs means he still looks smart at the end of the school year. These trousers are often sold out so snap them up while you can.

So pleased to find these in stock at long last. I have a 14 year old son who is 6ft 2 inches. Got the 34" leg for his age, and they are great - a bit long, but means they should last. He is happy that they are a very slim fit, as hates anything baggy. Recommend to anyone who has a tall, slim teenager.

Once we had adjusted the waist band the trousers fitted very well. The right leg length. Wash well and seem to be hard wearing so far.

Although the trousers were for a 13.5 year old I purchased age 10-11 years in the extra long length which fitted perfectly albeit slightly too long for now. I generally find with M & S school trousers that they are fairly large for the age of the child. The trousers in the ages 11-12 and 12-13 years for my grandson absolutely drowned him even though they were in the skinny fit.

Lovely trousers, that wash well. Great having the adjustable waist as my son is tall and slim.

Very good value for money. Wash and tumble dry extremely well. The skinny fit means my son looks fashionable even at school! The extra long was a life saver as I struggled to get trousers to fit; it's a shame that this only seems to be offered on school wear and not on teenage boys casual wear.

My son is 13 but 5 ft 9 with 26-28" waist and very difficult to finds school trousers to fit but these 14-15 extra long are not too bad. The waist is still too big but has the bits to pull them in. He had these in the slim leg style last term in long length and while he has grown in height but not his waist these are perfect. Purchased for next term before they go out of stock.
