Evoking the pretty Sussex countryside, this English sparkling wine balances summery peach notes with ripe pear and honeyed flavours.

A partnership between Bolney Wine Estate and the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, this vintage ‘Blanc de Noir’ (a sparkling white made solely from black-skinned grapes) offers lovely fruit complexities. The wine is made predominantly from Pinot Noir, with a small amount of Pinot Meunier added. The fruit came exclusively from Bolney’s vineyards on the edge of the South Downs, before winemakers Liz Garret & Alex Rabagliati aged the wine for 12 months prior to disgorgement. 2015 is the first vintage of this wine.
