Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Absolutely beautiful, BUT the Roses came fully opened and didn’t last very long about a week? Other reviews did say this could happen, so I was expecting it, and I always find roses a bit of hit or miss.. Saying that on the whole a stunning bouquet and I would have happily received them myself. I ordered them for a dear friend who had lost her dad and she loved them.

Not worth the money, some of the roses looked withered on arrival and the flowers only lasted 5 days until they were all dying. Given the price would have expected them to last a little longer. Doesn’t look anything like the photo. Would not recommend.

A huge disappointment.
On day 2 half of the roses are brown around the edges and completely wilted. They have been kept on a cool window cill in fresh water. A hugely expensive mistake and would not recommend, especially if buying as a gift. They were well packaged and not damaged on delivery.

Shame about the size
The bouquet delivered was about a third the amount of flowers as shown in the photo for it on the website. This keeps happening sadly with flowers bought from M&S but it's the convenience and quick delivery that makes me turn to M&S otherwise quite disappointing.
